We are seeking a Product Manager - Consumer Fintech to join our innovative team at Kikoff. What You'll Do

• Analyze user data and conduct interviews to understand consumer needs and behaviors, creating engagement loops that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to develop and implement product roadmaps.
• Drive strategic insights that shape our product offerings and marketing strategies based on data and user feedback.
• Lead the discovery process to identify and prioritize features that will best serve our users.
• Champion your products across the organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of pulling and interpreting data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with digital consumer products, particularly in the fintech space.
• Familiarity with SQL and the ability to engage with technical teams.
