About the Role

Arkose Labs is seeking a Product Manager - Automation to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager - Automation remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our detection and mitigation systems. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, data analysis, and machine learning operations.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive automation initiatives within our fraud prevention platform.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on attack trends and operational efficiency.
• Conduct hands-on analysis of detection data to validate automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and engineers to translate detection research into productized automation capabilities.
• Communicate automation strategy and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in security or data-intensive B2B SaaS products.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with ML/data science teams.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on system design.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in bot detection or cybersecurity domains.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
