Product Manager - AI Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

Join Wells Fargo as a Product Manager - AI Solutions and help shape how AI solutions are built and scaled across the enterprise. In this hands-on product role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, no-code tools, and real business problems. You’ll partner closely with business owners, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver impactful AI-driven products—accelerating AI adoption in a safe, compliant way.

What You'll Do

• Own discovery and research efforts to understand user needs, personas, and pain points.
• Translate insights into product direction, defining scope, features, and priorities aligned to business goals.
• Design, prototype, and test AI-enabled solutions using no-code tools.
• Collaborate daily with business partners, SMEs, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
• Gather user feedback and performance data, iterating quickly to improve product outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet safety, risk, and compliance standards required in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Understanding of Agile digital product development principles and lifecycle.
• Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and align across teams.
• Experience conducting user research and using data to inform decisions.
• Interest or familiarity with AI concepts, data literacy, and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to UX or design thinking practices, usability testing, or prototypes.
• Technical curiosity—interest in learning about APIs, integrations, and automation concepts.
