UI/​UX Designer - Remote Opportunity in India

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and highly functional digital interfaces that resonate with our users. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of modern design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences. Your expertise in Figma will be instrumental in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with our product vision. Additionally, your skills in micro-animations and interactions will help bring our interfaces to life, making user journeys more engaging and seamless.

What You'll Do

• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts effectively.
• Design micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance usability, provide feedback, and delight users, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are practical, implementable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction.
• Maintain consistency across all design assets by adhering to established design systems and brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive user interface.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and innovation of our digital products.

Requirements

• Solid background in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a strong understanding of usability, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing micro-interactions, transitions, and interactive states is highly valued.
• Ability to think holistically about user journeys, considering the entire flow rather than isolated screens.
• Good grasp of modern design trends and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
