Product Design Intern - Telecom Software

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Design Intern to join our innovative team at P.I. Works, a leader in telecom software solutions. This Product Design Intern remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the telecom industry and contribute to the development of automated network management products that are transforming the mobile experience worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a dedicated on-the-job training program focused on telecommunications and software products.
• Collaborate with mentors to understand and enhance the functionalities of mobile network automation solutions tailored to mobile operators' needs.
• Design user interfaces, create concept sketches, and develop high-fidelity wireframes using industry-standard design tools.
• Test and validate solutions based on technical requirements and user experience feedback.
• Engage in research and development efforts to improve existing products and contribute to new projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computer, or Software Engineering, preferably in the 4th year.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, curious, and open to improvement.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python is a plus.
• Good understanding of mobile telecommunication technologies is advantageous.
• Eligible to work in Turkey.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Interest in the latest trends in telecom software and network management.
