Process Operator - Remote Opportunity at FrieslandCampina

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Process Operator to join our team at FrieslandCampina. This remote opportunity allows you to influence the production process from the control room and on the floor. As a Process Operator, you will work with modern, largely automated installations, overseeing the process from raw materials to finished products. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in our production environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production processes to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct process controls, sampling, and analyses to ensure product quality.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve small to medium-sized disruptions in the production line.
• Perform first-line maintenance and assist the Technical Service team during major disruptions.
• Manage the supply and disposal of raw materials and finished products.
• Document process and quality data in designated systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and precise under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated production systems.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Familiarity with food production processes.
