Process Engineer - Reactor Skid (Renewable Energy)

About the Role

Join us as a Process Engineer - Reactor Skid (Remote) at Reverion, where we are committed to a future without fossil fuels. Our mission is to harness biogas as a key player in achieving a 100% renewable energy supply. In this role, you will take on a central position in the development of our Reverion plants, focusing on innovative and efficient micro power plants.

What You'll Do

• Develop, design, size, and test plant components and innovative catalytic reactors.
• Continuously optimize processes and advance the process topology and plant concept, including scale-up of the reactor skid.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as automation, design, manufacturing, assembly, and production to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate technical specifications with external manufacturers and suppliers.
• Actively participate in R&I discussions and HAZOPs.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy and Process Technology, or a comparable field.
• First professional experience in a similar environment with practical experience in plant construction is a plus.
• Knowledge of pressure equipment directives (DGRL) is advantageous or a willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with regulatory topics.
• Structured, independent, and careful working style.
• Ability to prioritize and proactively drive solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent team and communication skills with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Fluency in German (at least C1 level) is required.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energies and a strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the energy transition.
