What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements to facilitate successful deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Prisma Access implementations to enhance performance and security.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Prisma Access is non-negotiable.
  • Background in network security, preferably within enterprise or service provider environments.
  • Solid understanding of SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud-delivered security models.
  • Experience with technologies such as PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPNs, and BGP.
  • Customer-facing consulting experience with the ability to operate independently in a remote global team.

Nice to Have

  • Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE or similar).
  • Experience with other SASE or SSE platforms.
  • Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
