Principal Systems Test Engineer - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Develop and direct comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for subsystem components.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and support the development of the program Integrated Test Plan (ITP).
• Perform requirement decomposition, compliance tracking, and verification planning.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs into test solutions that acknowledge technical schedule and cost constraints.
• Conduct technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive evaluations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in developing integrated test plans and procedures.
• US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher, awarded within the past 6 years.
• Experience with RF/Comms and systems engineering principles.
• Understanding of DOORS database, requirements decomposition, and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Model Based System Engineering principles.
• Experience with developing and overseeing supplier statements of work (SOW).
• Demonstrated knowledge of AF Test Directive 99-103 or equivalent.
• Experience with ICBMs or DOD programs.
