What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering in R&D for medical devices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a highly regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in driving continuous improvement for performance, quality, time, and cost.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional team player with excellent written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • 10+ years experience developing FDA regulated medical devices.
  • Master's in Engineering Discipline or MBA.
  • Experience in LEAN Methodologies.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis and simulation tools.
