Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering in R&D for medical devices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a highly regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving continuous improvement for performance, quality, time, and cost.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Exceptional team player with excellent written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- 10+ years experience developing FDA regulated medical devices.
- Master's in Engineering Discipline or MBA.
- Experience in LEAN Methodologies.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis and simulation tools.
