About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer & Agent Orchestrator (Frontend) to join our innovative team at 8FIGURES. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and lead the frontend experience of our AI-powered financial advisory platform. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will not only code but also orchestrate AI agents to enhance user experience and streamline processes.

What You'll Do

• Own the frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Design component architectures that are accessible, performant, and feel native on iOS, Android, and web.
• Run multiple AI agent sessions, decomposing features into parallelizable work streams.
• Review all AI-generated components for correctness and adherence to design standards.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications that AI agents can execute against.

Requirements

• Experience in frontend architecture and design systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile platform constraints and user experience.
• Ability to orchestrate AI effectively using tools like Claude Code and similar.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Obsessed with personal investing and user experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user analytics platforms and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with financial data integrity and compliance.
