About the Role

HP is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Transformation Enablement to lead a critical global transformation program. This is a unique opportunity for a Principal Program Manager to drive the end-to-end strategy and delivery of procurement processes, ensuring financial compliance and cost visibility across Managed Services. As a Principal Program Manager, you will operate in a high-visibility environment, taking ownership of the WBS Phase 2 project and leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own the overall strategy, scope, schedule, and delivery outcomes for WBS Phase 2 related to procurement.
  • Design and lead future-state procurement processes integrating with systems like SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • Ensure alignment between operational usage data and financial cost flows into WBS structures.
  • Drive alignment across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Managed Services Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, audit, and procurement expectations.
  • Manage program planning, dependencies, and delivery oversight for procurement enablement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, synthesizing complex topics into executive-ready narratives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring successful program execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in service business management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial compliance.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other procurement tools.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with financial accountability.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and judgment skills.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment across organizations.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in project management or related fields.
  • Knowledge of business development and customer relationship management.
