Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in HR business partnering.
- Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
- Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
