Pricing Controller - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join DLG Group as a Pricing Controller in a remote capacity, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies and risk management. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to make a significant impact in the agricultural industry.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain comprehensive pricing and risk models to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Analyze the entire cost chain from procurement to final payment, enhancing our pricing clarity.
• Develop tailored pricing strategies for diverse customer segments and farm performance metrics.
• Design and implement robust risk management tools to safeguard the business.
• Monitor market trends to inform our commercial strategy effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Director on strategic projects and initiatives.
• Work with Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Commercial Excellence to align pricing goals.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and performance analysis for the management team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with financial figures and sales, or a recent graduate with ambition.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field (current students graduating in June 2026 are encouraged to apply).
• Solid experience with IT business tools and a strong understanding of business models.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
