Pricing and Monetization Strategy Lead - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Pricing and Monetization Strategy Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team at Remote - Referral Board. In this role, you will have a hands-on opportunity to shape the pricing and monetization strategy for our innovative products. As a key player in our Strategic Finance organization, you will lead monetization projects and identify new pricing models that drive our business forward.
What You'll Do
- Lead monetization projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Identify and design new pricing models that enhance our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product/Engineering to ensure successful implementation of pricing strategies.
- Build analytical dashboards to provide insights into pricing performance and market trends.
- Create detailed roadmaps for achieving pricing goals and objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, showcasing your analytical insights and strategic thinking.
- Work remotely with a global team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Background in Corporate Strategy, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Experience in scaling systems and processes within the SaaS industry.
- Deep analytics experience with the ability to translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing strategies.
- Project management experience across various departments.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to solve complex problems strategically and demonstrate an ownership mentality with full accountability for outcomes.
- Remote work experience is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing for pricing strategies.
- Knowledge of competitive analysis in pricing.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting.
