About the Role

We are seeking a Practice Architect I - AI/ML remote to join TEKsystems Global Services (TGS). This role is pivotal in managing multiple consulting and delivery projects focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. As a Practice Architect I - AI/ML remote, you will provide consulting leadership and delivery assurance for clients across various functions, ensuring that we meet their business objectives through innovative AI/ML solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead consulting and delivery projects for AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and technical requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including data science, MLOps, and cloud engineering, to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
• Oversee the operationalization of machine learning models in production environments, utilizing MLOps practices.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement knowledge management strategies for AI/ML engagements, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in AI/ML.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in delivering Generative AI and agent-based solutions.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges using AI/ML.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and the design of Agentic AI workflows.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or related fields.
• Experience in managing delivery teams and mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with financial and contractual responsibilities in project management.
