PR Trainee - Remote Opportunity at Allison

About the Role

We are seeking a PR Trainee to join our team at Allison in Munich. This remote PR Trainee position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the field of public relations while working with a diverse team of professionals.

What You'll Do

• Participate in a structured 18-month training program that combines systematic education with hands-on experience in PR.
• Engage in various client teams to learn the fundamentals of brand and product PR, corporate communications, and social media management.
• Conduct research, edit texts, and establish connections with journalists and influencers.
• Contribute to the development of effective communication campaigns that blend traditional PR with digital marketing.
• Support the team in creating compelling stories that resonate with audiences across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the work.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and quick comprehension.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (business level).
• Completed university degree.
• Problem-solving skills and readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and with clients.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience in PR or related fields.
• Knowledge of image editing or CMS is a plus.
• Open to career changers.
