About the Role

Join Tipico as a Player Safety Analyst (remote) and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers in the iGaming industry. Your expertise will help us enhance the betting experience and maintain a secure platform for all users.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and assess customer gaming behavior to ensure compliance with RG and GDPR regulations.
• Conduct age, affordability, and limit checks to maintain licensing requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for player safety inquiries, collaborating closely with the Customer Service team.
• Support compliance with GDPR-related questions and assist with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Utilize your analytical mindset to evaluate customer interactions and improve safety measures.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, as it is the primary language of communication within the company.
• Strong communication skills to effectively support colleagues in both Online and Retail environments.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying potential issues in customer behavior.
• Degree or vocational training in a customer-focused field, with some experience in the iGaming industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the iGaming sector.
• Familiarity with responsible gaming practices and regulations.
