Platform Engineer - AI Simulation Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Engineer remote who possesses the architectural intuition of a founder and the technical depth to navigate the 'rabbit hole' of large-scale behavioral simulation. If you are a high-ownership builder who finds standard industry cycles too slow and seeks to simplify the impossible at a six-day-a-week velocity, we are looking for you. As a Platform Engineer at Aaru, you will design and build the foundation that the rest of our product is built on.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and advance the platform to force multiply our product capabilities.
• Identify patterns across user needs and product to 10x our simulation software’s impact.
• Write framework-level code that absorbs complexity for users and agents.
• Collaborate with the Research team to advance the impact of our simulation technology.
• Work on highly-leveraged features that enable organizations to work with Aaru’s simulation technology.

Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Rust.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in software development, particularly in building platforms or developer products.
• Willingness to relocate to New York City or already located in the area.
