About the Role

As a Pilates Instructor remote, you will develop personalized training programs that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a high-performance lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Develop a safe and comprehensive Pilates training program tailored to each client's goals.
• Conduct initial assessments and set goals with clients to recommend appropriate Pilates training.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions, ensuring a motivating and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to build your client base and enhance your business.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to client management efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and equipment to ensure a safe training environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills as a Pilates Instructor remote.

Requirements

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognized certification program.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fitness.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, and reach during sessions.
• Capability to safely spot and correct clients during training.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-energy fitness environment.
• Additional certifications in fitness or wellness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
