About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in shaping our performance marketing strategy and ensuring effective execution across various platforms. As a Performance Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our marketing funnels and enhance our customer acquisition efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis of performance, reviewing campaigns, funnels, and platforms across channels, products, and countries of operation.
  • Propose and execute new deep dive analyses to optimize performance across multiple marketing platforms, focusing on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Conduct regular audits of our attribution model to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring proper data flow from source systems to reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with data and tech teams to refine the current model to better capture sources of traffic and sales.
  • Create and maintain new performance reports with cohorted analysis, troubleshooting tracking discrepancies and data anomalies.
  • Monitor and stay current on platform updates, privacy regulations, and industry best practices that may impact optimization and testing capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or digital analytics with a focus on optimization and strategy.
  • Strong technical proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience implementing new reports and dashboards with a focus on diagnoses and action plans from data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Hex or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations affecting marketing.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in performance marketing.
