About the Role

Directive is seeking a Performance-Driven Graphic Designer to join our innovative team remotely. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that drives business results across various digital platforms. As a Performance-Driven Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills while making a significant impact on our clients' marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce high-quality graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads and landing pages.
  • Create motion graphics and short-form video content optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design projects with business objectives and audience insights.
  • Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies using CRO tools such as Optimizely and Unbounce.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design assets while adapting to different audience segments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and performance marketing.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Basic experience with video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including A/B testing and CRO analytics.
  • Passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with heat mapping and user behavior analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to graphic design.
