About the Role

We are hiring for Service Staff to join the new Alsterpavillon in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. What You'll Do

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Provide active consultation to guests regarding menu items.
• Ensure a professional and friendly guest service experience.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after service.
• Handle billing and payment processes using the cash register system.
• Adhere to quality, service, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the service sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
