This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless operations for our global team, managing employee documentation, scheduling onboarding tasks, and executing critical people operations processes. What You'll Do

• Execute full-cycle employee paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper filing.
• Maintain and update accurate employee data within our HRIS and internal databases.
• Schedule and oversee onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and continuously enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English, able to negotiate with vendors and draft communications effortlessly.
• 3+ years of experience managing remote operations or HR processes.
• Strong project management skills, able to move projects forward independently.
• Resourceful, flexible, and calm under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the non-profit sector.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws across different countries.
