Payroll Specialist - Remote Position at zvoove

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team at zvoove. In this remote position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding all inquiries related to zvoove Payroll. Your mission is to ensure quick problem resolution, directly impacting customer satisfaction. As a Payroll Specialist, you will strengthen our long-term partnerships and contribute to the ongoing success of zvoove.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert support to customers regarding payroll processing and related queries.
• Set up our software for clients, analyze issues, and respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or remote access.
• Document all processes meticulously to ensure clarity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with onboarding and guide them through the successful creation of their payroll.
• Continuously develop expert knowledge of our products and services.
• Conduct seminars for clients, both online and in-person, to enhance their understanding and use of our software.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sales, and product teams to improve service value.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and electronic reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing and familiarity with electronic reporting methods such as ELStAM, DEÜV, and SV notifications.
• Prior experience with zvoove Payroll software or similar systems like DATEV, Lexware, ADDISON, or SAP.
• Willingness to engage with complex technical and professional content.
• Service-oriented, customer-focused approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Completed vocational training in payroll or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal travel (under 5%).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
