Payroll Specialist - Remote Opportunity at RSM Italy

About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at RSM Italy. What You'll Do

• Process payroll and manage payroll-related tasks for national and international clients.
• Participate in M&A projects, IPOs, and payroll due diligence.
• Handle the preparation of payslips and compliance with various labor contracts.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including necessary communications and contributions.
• Support colleagues with payroll-related inquiries and tasks.
• Utilize payroll management software effectively to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Prepare and submit required tax documentation, including model 770 and unique certifications.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment that values innovative thinking and professional growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics or law with excellent grades.
• 3-4 years of experience in payroll consulting or auditing firms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including INAIL self-liquidation and INPS communications.
• Proficiency in payroll management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good command of the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
