Partnerships Manager - Remote Role for B2B SaaS
About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Lemlist. As a Partnerships Manager remote, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing our partner ecosystem across the US and UK. What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, and IT service firms to expand our partner network.
- Onboard and enable partners with the necessary tools, training, and co-selling support.
- Manage the pipeline and track ARR with proper attribution, driving expansion within partner accounts.
- Document successful strategies and provide insights to enhance the partner program and product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to ensure alignment and success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Channel, Partnerships, or SaaS Sales, with a proven track record of building pipeline from scratch.
- Experience in recruiting and activating partners, demonstrating strong enablement instincts.
- Comfortable prospecting into RevOps/CRM integrator firms without inbound support.
- Fluent in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to surface insights.
- Native or near-native English proficiency; French is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SalesTech, RevOps, or CRM ecosystems.
- Previous experience building a partner program.
- Familiarity with Partnerstack or similar PRM tools.
- Multi-geo experience, particularly in the US, UK, France, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
