Partnerships Manager - Remote Role at Innovative Travel Tech Company
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager (Remote) to join our team at Vio. As one of the world’s fastest-growing travel tech platforms, we empower millions of users to make smarter travel decisions. In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding and growing our B2B accounts, ensuring that Vio users can always find the best rates from every supplier in the market.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions to enhance partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, price competitiveness, and content quality.
- Negotiate improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotions.
- Analyze partner-level performance and provide insights on trends and fluctuations.
- Oversee integration health, including connectivity stability and price accuracy.
- Support onboarding of new partners and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in travel, OTA, bedbank, wholesaler, or hotel distribution.
- Strong understanding of B2B travel supply models and commercial mechanics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing external partners and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with hotel connectivity (API/XML integrations).
- Knowledge of rate types and distribution rules.
- Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a remote-friendly scale-up.
