Partnerships Analyst - Remote Opportunity at PPRO

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Analyst remote to join our dynamic team at PPRO. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in managing relationships with payment schemes while contributing to high-impact initiatives. As a Partnerships Analyst remote, you will play a vital role in coordinating daily operations, managing CRM data, and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

What You'll Do

• Support senior team members in the daily management of payment scheme relationships across various products and geographies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring key information is captured and accessible.
• Coordinate team-wide initiatives, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare materials for QBRs, including gathering data, analyzing performance metrics, and drafting presentations.
• Assist in preparing CRM reports and dashboards to monitor relationship health and track key actions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends within scheme portfolios.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to deliver on scheme-related activities.
• Take ownership of a small portfolio of payment schemes, managing the relationship, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Some experience in partnerships, account management, payments, or a related commercial role is beneficial (but not essential for the right candidate).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident in using data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the payments and fintech industries.
• Spanish speaking would be beneficial.
