About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Enablement & Success Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be pivotal in transforming signed partners into productive ones. As a Partner Enablement & Success Manager, you will ensure partners are not just signed but are also actively generating leads and sales.

What You'll Do

  • Build the enablement infrastructure that transitions partners from signed to active swiftly.
  • Create essential sales playbooks for both lemlist and Claap, ensuring partners have the necessary tools to co-sell effectively.
  • Define and operationalize the partner journey in the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes.
  • Develop an enablement library that includes certification paths, training modules, and guides tailored for partner needs.
  • Monitor partner performance, identifying at-risk partners and flagging expansion opportunities.
  • Organize co-marketing initiatives, including webinars and joint content creation, to enhance partner visibility and engagement.
  • Represent lempire at partner-led events, fostering relationships that extend beyond digital communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to align partner co-marketing with broader campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Sales Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing enablement content, including training decks and certification programs.
  • Experience running co-marketing initiatives and understanding what drives their success.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple partner onboardings simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner activation rates and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into engaging partner-facing content.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SalesTech, RevOps, or CRM ecosystems.
  • Experience with Partnerstack or similar PRM tools.
  • Multi-geo experience, particularly in the US, UK, France, DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
