About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Quality Assurance Student for the Energy Sector to join our team at E.ON Grid Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the digital transformation of the energy industry. As a Quality Assurance Student, you will engage in various tasks that will help shape the future of energy management.

What You'll Do

• Manage clarification cases by analyzing and processing discrepancies in electricity billing, communicating with relevant market partners.
• Assist in identifying recurring error causes and potential process improvements within our cross-system balancing master data processes.
• Experience key processes in the energy sector, gaining relevant knowledge and building a professional network.
• Collaborate with team members to develop digital products and services that enhance customer experiences.
• Participate in agile working methods and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in economics, natural sciences, or IT-related fields.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for data and numbers.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in commercial processes and experience with SAP and eCount is a plus.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
• Curiosity and openness to learn new concepts and contribute ideas.
