About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem. In this remote role, you will acquire high-quality users at scale while maintaining healthy CPA and ROAS targets across APAC markets. As a Paid Social Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of finance and work with a diverse team dedicated to advancing the freedom of money.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies and media plans aligned with user acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Hands-on campaign setup, launch, and daily optimization across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and others).
  • Run ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and formats to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, data, brand, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing both app and web acquisition campaigns.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X, etc.).
  • Ideal to have AppsFlyer experience, including deep links and deferred deep links.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
  • Strong APAC paid social experience, including local platforms.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as Reddit and regional APAC social networks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with influencer marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with emerging social media trends.
