Paid Ads Specialist - Home Service Professionals (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team at Savclicks, focusing on home service professionals. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Meta Ads and Google PPC to drive results for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping contractors dominate their local markets through effective digital marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for home service clients.
• Handle ad account onboarding using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and conversion tracking.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and consistency.
• Connect and manage ad integrations inside GoHighLevel, including forms, pipelines, and automations.
• Monitor budgets and performance to avoid overspending or lead drops.
• Troubleshoot tracking and lead flow issues proactively.
• Produce clear reporting, including weekly snapshots and monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure ads align with offers and landing pages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads & Google PPC required).
• Proven experience in the home service/contractor niche (roofing, HVAC, renovations, etc.).
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and local service advertising.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, integrations, pipelines).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Experience onboarding new clients and managing multiple accounts.
• Relatable and driven personality.
• Experience in an agency environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSAs).
• Experience improving lead quality, not just volume.
• Agency or multi-client account experience.
