As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving franchise expansion and membership growth through performance marketing and SEO strategies. What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Drive qualified leads for franchise expansion and increase gym memberships through effective digital channels.
• Build and scale SEO strategies to generate organic traffic and leads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize based on data insights (CPL, ROAS, conversions).
• Work on landing pages, funnels, and audience targeting to enhance user engagement.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and marketing strategies to achieve better ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of agency experience in digital marketing is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver outcomes effectively.
