Packaging Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Packaging Technician remote to join our team at Reckitt, a company renowned for its commitment to hygiene, health, and nutrition. As a Packaging Technician remote, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of packaging for new product developments (NPD) and existing product updates (EPD) across various markets. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective packaging solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage the delivery of packaging documentation, ensuring all artwork, technical approvals, and bills of materials (BOM) are completed accurately.
• Navigate packaging systems and maintain proper filing of product documentation.
• Ensure all assigned projects are managed and delivered on time, contributing to the overall success of the packaging team.
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and supporting the delivery of plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for packaging processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of packing line equipment and packaging requirements for assigned markets.
• Understanding of regulatory, supply chain, and brand execution standards.
• Familiarity with packaging components and their manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Experience in managing documentation and project timelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in packaging.
• Knowledge of design software for packaging development.
