About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our team at Telefónica. This Outsourcing Manager remote position offers you the chance to shape the future of connectivity while managing B2B inside sales operations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating outsourcing partners to achieve sales targets and drive performance improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead stakeholder management by coordinating and overseeing outsourcing partners in the B2B sales sector to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Act as a central interface between external service providers and internal departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Plan, implement, and control sales measures to achieve revenue, KPI, and quality targets.
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns and inbound projects in close collaboration with relevant B2B units.
  • Conduct regular performance and business reviews with service providers, deriving actionable optimization measures.
  • Analyze and monitor relevant sales KPIs to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure quality management and monitoring for all sales-related activities of outsourcing partners.
  • Drive cross-departmental projects and process optimizations, including knowledge and information management.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in B2B, and experience in call center project/location management with a proven track record.
  • Strong sales and results orientation with a focus on revenue, KPI, and quality targets.
  • Experience in managing external service providers or outsourcing partners in a sales environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in KPI and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication and interface skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in project and campaign management, ideally in B2B sales.
  • High implementation strength and organizational ability to manage multiple parallel topics.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in B2B sales strategies.
