About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) - Remote to join our dynamic team at Rasa. This is an exciting opportunity to drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts and make a significant impact on our growth. If you have 1+ years of experience in a SaaS BDR/SDR role and are ready to take your career to the next level, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
- Represent the Rasa brand and provide an exceptional experience for our prospects.
- Research accounts, identify leads, and tenaciously qualify new opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Accurately track interactions and pipeline generation information in Salesforce.
- Evangelize Rasa’s platform, mission, and vision to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Consistently exceed quota targets and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a SaaS BDR or SDR role, ideally targeting enterprise buyers.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Understanding and utilization of AI tools to enhance your craft.
- Customer empathy and a genuine desire to solve problems.
- Experience with prospecting tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or passion for open source, machine learning, and AI assistants.
- Experience interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies.
