Operations Specialist - Remote Position at mentalis

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team at mentalis. This is a remote position where you will work at the intersection of clients, tele-psychologists, and internal processes. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tele-psychologists and enhancing our operational workflows.

What You'll Do

• Support the recruitment of tele-psychologists to ensure we have the best professionals on our team.
• Organize enrollments into our programs, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for clients.
• Act as a point of contact for our tele-psychologists during ongoing operations, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Assist in managing our client hotline, providing timely support and information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and structures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Psychology or related fields (e.g., Applied Psychology, Geropsychology).
• Interest in digital healthcare solutions and their impact on patient care.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people.
• Prior experience in healthcare, coaching, or recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital health solutions and their implementation.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
