Operations Specialist - Remote Option in FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Smartbroker Holding AG. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing FinTech company with a remote option. As an Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Customer Support and will liaise with our partners on account and customer management issues.

What You'll Do

• Manage and update customer data efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process and forward exemption requests, handle estate processing, and monitor cancellations.
• Oversee dunning processes and manage receivables with customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing best practices and enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and self-organization in your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a back-office unit of a bank or financial services provider.
• Banking education is preferred.
• Strong service mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a flat hierarchy and open corporate structure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in process optimization and project management.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
