Operational Excellence & Organic Growth Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Excellence & Organic Growth Specialist to join Fresenius NephroCare Poland. In this remote role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiency and driving organic growth across our dialysis network. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively with clinic leadership and cross-functional teams to improve patient care and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Support the collection and analysis of market intelligence data, including monitoring patient flows and local market dynamics.
• Assist in tracking competitor activity and contribute to the development of growth initiatives.
• Help prepare presentations and reports to track KPIs related to treatment volumes and patient growth.
• Coordinate data collection for internal assessments related to patient experience and process efficiency.
• Support communication between internal stakeholders and assist in building relationships with local healthcare partners.
• Help localize and implement patient engagement tools and materials.
• Assist in coordinating local and international Holiday Dialysis inquiries.

Requirements

• A strong analytical mindset with a technical university background.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in data analysis, finance, or operations.
• Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system or dialysis services.
• Experience with CRM systems or digital engagement tools.
