What You'll Do

  • Guide and support customers and team members through their onboarding journey with Oyster.
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers and their new team members, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
  • Provide explanatory documentation and organize meetings to facilitate understanding of the onboarding process.
  • Manage custom requests and escalations, collaborating with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Create and update onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain customer self-service tools and internal knowledge sources to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated with product releases and global employment regulation changes.
  • Complete ongoing training to meet agreed KPIs and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a customer-facing role within an HR SaaS platform.
  • Strong customer-first mentality with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing customer meetings and escalations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail and organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for remote work and creating impactful employment opportunities.
  • Bonus: Experience in customer success roles and knowledge of employment practices in multiple countries.
  • Bonus: Fluency in languages other than English.
