Onboarding Success Manager - Remote Role for EMEA

About the Role

We are seeking an Onboarding Success Manager to join our team in a remote capacity, specifically for the EMEA region. This role is a fixed-term position lasting 8 months, where you will play a crucial part in enhancing the onboarding experience for our customers and team members. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers and their new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

What You'll Do

  • Guide customers and team members through the onboarding process, providing exceptional support and assistance.
  • Organize and conduct meetings with customers and team members to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage escalations and custom requests during onboarding, collaborating with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation that outlines the onboarding process and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and processing on the Oyster platform to facilitate seamless employment experiences.
  • Provide feedback to enhance customer self-service tools and internal knowledge sources.
  • Stay updated on product releases and global employment regulations to provide informed support.
  • Complete ongoing training and upskilling to meet agreed KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a customer-facing role within an HR SaaS platform.
  • Customer-first mentality with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing customer meetings effectively.
  • Proven track record of handling customer escalations and improving satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a bonus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a customer success role with ownership of onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of employment practices across multiple countries.
  • Ability to communicate in languages other than English.
