About the Role

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children aged 7-15 with neuropsychiatric disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach and network collaboration to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 900 hours of experience in child psychiatry or pediatric rehabilitation within the last 5 years.
• Completion of at least 15 hours of training related to neuropsychiatric disorders in the past 3 years.
• Experience in leading rehabilitation groups and working with families.
• Possession of a valid occupational therapist license.
• Willingness to work flexibly and travel as needed.

Nice to Have

• Certification as a neuropsychiatric coach.
• Experience in community-based rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
