Nurse - Remote Position for Senior Care Facility

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse - Remote Position to join our team at La Vostra Llar, a leading senior care facility. With over 30 years of experience, we manage various residential centers in Girona and Barcelona, focusing on providing dignified and quality care to the elderly. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, not only in terms of healthcare but also as a reference figure for residents, families, and staff.

What You'll Do

• Perform nursing duties with a focus on patient-centered care and prevention.
• Administer medications and conduct clinical follow-ups and necessary record-keeping.
• Participate in medical visits and monitor individual care plans.
• Provide support and information to families, ensuring they are informed at all times.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (healthcare, social, and support) as a key figure in the center's operations.
• Act as the Hygiene-Sanitary Responsible, overseeing diets, pharmacy orders, and compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Nursing (recognized in Spain).
• Complementary training in geriatric care is valued.
• Previous experience in residential centers is preferred.
• We seek a responsible, empathetic individual with a vocation for nursing, teamwork skills, and a willingness to engage in our project.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing care plans for elderly patients.
• Knowledge of health regulations and standards.
• Certification in first aid or CPR.

What We Offer

• Permanent contract with a weekly schedule of 20.5 hours.
• Salary based on experience: €28,000 – €31,000 gross annually.
• 8 weekend shifts per year (3.5 hours on Saturday or Sunday).
