About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join Mantle Network in a remote capacity. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually striking and engaging motion graphics that communicate our brand message effectively. Your work will be essential in promoting our products and enhancing our digital presence in the Web3 space.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design innovative motion graphics and videos that align with Mantle Network's brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video projects, ensuring a clear and compelling narrative.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to produce high-quality animations and visual effects.
• Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring seamless transitions and overall video quality.
• Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all motion graphics adhere to Mantle Network's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in design.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to meet expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design and animation trends.
• Prior experience in Web3 is a plus.
