What You'll Do

• Develop and analyze campaign simulations to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve efficiency in Systems Engineering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign-level analysis for fleet sizing and operational challenges.
• Present findings and materials to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with no experience for the Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer level.
• For the Principal Engineer level, a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Simulation and military operations analysis.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present technical approaches and findings.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Object-Oriented Python for simulation.
• Familiarity with military operations and campaign-level simulation.
• Experience with tools such as AFSIM, CFAM, STORM, and COSAGE.
