Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer to join our innovative team at Northrop Grumman. This Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on revolutionary systems that impact lives around the world. You will be involved in the development and analysis of campaign simulations, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational analysis and systems engineering processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with program requirements and industry standards.
• Solicit input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to leadership within the organization.
• Translate CONOPs and related tactics into modeled simulation behaviors in campaign-level models.
• Deliver campaign-level analysis to solve a variety of fleet sizing and operational problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support Campaign Analysis strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 0 years with a Master’s degree for Engineer Level; 5 years with a Bachelor’s or 3 years with a Master’s for Principal Engineer Level.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Simulation and military operations analysis.
• Strong communication skills to present technical approaches and findings effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Object-Oriented Python for Simulation.
• Familiarity with campaign-level simulation and modeling analysis.
• Experience with operation analysis tools such as AFSIM, CFAM, STORM, and COSAGE.
