Global Mobility Expert - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Global Mobility Expert to join our team remotely. As a Global Mobility Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of global employee assignments. This position is technically demanding and requires a strong service and process orientation, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow in international human resources.

What You'll Do

• Advise and support managers and employees worldwide, serving as the first point of contact for all questions related to international assignments, compensation, benefits, and immigration.
• Independently manage exciting short- and long-term assignments, including our workation program, from the initial idea to successful return.
• Create and optimize contract and assignment documents, ensuring transparency in complex issues and smooth processes.
• Collaborate closely with international teams and experts, acting as the interface between People+, Payroll, Tax, and external partners to ensure an excellent employee experience.
• Drive innovation and contribute to global projects, actively shaping policy reviews, process optimizations, and the digitalization of mobility processes.

Requirements

• A degree in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Global Mobility, with a passion for organizing international employee assignments.
• Confidence in dealing with labor law and international HR issues, along with a collaborative spirit for working with colleagues from different countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP HR or comparable HCM systems is a plus.
• Interest in digital tools and openness to new technologies in the HR environment.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably, finding pragmatic solutions for complex issues.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and enjoyment of interacting with people.
