Adoption and Change Management Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring an Adoption and Change Management Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll support the successful adoption and utilization of M365 technologies, ensuring that users are well-equipped to leverage these tools effectively.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and implementing adoption and change management strategies for M365 technologies.
• Support the creation and delivery of training materials, including videos, to enhance user adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to technology adoption.
• Monitor and report on adoption metrics and user feedback.
• Ensure best practices are followed in the use of SharePoint, including page design, administration, and permissions management.
• Conduct training sessions for power/super users and assist end users with navigating M365 applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation on best practices for M365 apps.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of M365 technologies, including SharePoint and Copilot.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in change management, user adoption, or a related role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating and delivering training materials.
