Key Account Manager (Long Tail) - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Join Malt as a Key Account Manager (KAM) Long Tail in this exciting remote opportunity. As a KAM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work by managing a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts. This position allows you to leverage your account management skills to drive sustainable growth and establish Malt as the go-to partner for your clients.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of 30 to 50 enterprise accounts, focusing on those with the highest Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment.
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting to generate new client opportunities across your assigned accounts.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from conducting effective discovery sessions to delivering tailored product demos.
- Lead negotiations for standard and mid-complexity deals, ensuring profitable growth through strategic concession rules.
- Maintain CRM excellence by accurately logging all activities and updating MEDDIC fields for reliable forecasting.
- Identify growth potential by qualifying accounts ready for large-scale enterprise expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Admin, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal preparation.
Requirements
- Business school degree or equivalent.
- First experience in account management or sales, with a focus on high-volume tactical execution.
- Strong command of the MEDDIC methodology and proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Native level in French and full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce) for accurate activity logging.
